A refurbished computer is a previously owned device that has been professionally cleaned, tested, upgraded, and restored to full working condition. At X-Act IT, every system undergoes thorough quality control and updates before resale.

Do your refurbished computers have new parts?

Yes. Every refurbished PC or laptop from X-Act IT comes with a brand-new Solid State Drive (SSD). We replace old mechanical hard drives to drastically improve speed, boot time, and reliability. Other components (e.g., RAM or batteries) are replaced as needed during our quality checks.

Are the operating systems updated?

Absolutely. All refurbished machines come with a fully updated and licensed operating system, typically Windows 10 or Windows 11. We install the latest drivers and security updates, so your system is ready to go out of the box.

Do you provide any warranty?

Yes. All our refurbished computers come with a 6-month warranty on the machine and a 3-month warranty on the battery. This covers hardware faults and gives you peace of mind. We also offer support and advice throughout your warranty period to ensure you're satisfied with your purchase.
